So many of you love your Reading in Heels boxes, and so we’ve created something rather special – just in time for Christmas! Our Curate-Your-Own Christmas Book Boxes allow you to create a completely unique book box: a perfect Christmas gift for friends, family – or yourself, of course! No one really wants socks or yet another mug – so why not choose an extraordinary gift created just for them?
Select from an inspiring, curated collection of 12 books – from contemporary bestsellers to timeless classics, and then add in some treats to enjoy while reading. From mulled wine spices, hot chocolate and scented candles to elegant stationery, luxury beauty products and Christmas decorations – there’s something to suit all tastes and budgets. We’ve handpicked independent and interesting brands to include too – think Coco Chocolatier, Old Spike, Nemi Teas, Skin & Tonic, Scentered and the School of Life.
Books-wise we’ve got this year’s hits – such as Matt Haig’s Notes On a Nervous Planet, Sally Rooney’s Normal People and Adam Kay’s This is Going to Hurt, as well as modern classics like Milk & Honey and Little Fires Everywhere, plus clothbound copies of favourite classics including Wuthering Heights and A Christmas Carol.
Parcels are shipped ready to pop under the Christmas tree – in festive gold metallic envelopes – and of course, we’ll add in a complimentary gift card with a message of your choice. Serving suggestion? Our Curate-Your-Own Christmas Book Boxes are best enjoyed with a mince pie or two and a glass of your favourite festive tipple, surrounded by friends and family. Depending on the quality of your Christmas companions, they also make for an excellent excuse not to have to engage in conversation if you don’t really want to…
We’ll be unveiling special events and promotions every week going up to Christmas, so make sure you stay tuned to our social channels!

Yes please!! ❤️❤️❤️
What a great idea, I would love to win a Christmas box!
I would have to choose Wuthering Heights as it’s a classic I haven’t yet read and these covers are stunning. For the treats I would add the sea salt chocolate, the hot chocolate powder and the Christmas candles ?
C est for moi ….. may i buy one if you don twant me to win ??? i never win anything but life isn t fair so thats ok …
thank you for my monthlybook that make Christmas day come every month 🙂
Notes on a Nervous Planet, COCO Hot chocolate for a read in peace moment 🙂
I would include the book The Song of Achille by Madeleine Miller a beautifully write book , some vegan chocolate, a soy candle and a relaxing bath bomb and give the gift to my amazing sister in law.
I love a good thriller and some dark chocolate, that would make a perfect Christmas Box and an ideal winter night in.
Some chocolate, hot chocolate and a soothing face mask would be the perfect accompaniment to some festive reads such as a Christmas Carol
Absolutely love this idea of books and treats! As a mum (or dad) this is an awesome treat or gift ?
I’d definitely put the mulled wine spices in my box along with a nice candle and Sally Rooney’s Normal People.
I have to giggle to myself, I wrote this before looking through the list … I wasn’t far off the perfect box! My favourite box treats would need to be a ‘spoil me box, after the Christmas rush!’ A Christmas Carol classic maybe or a newer style version, a couple of your favourite pamper products to help me relax and of course something like a hot chocolate stick or Prosecco treat! Like those jellies ? maybe some extra bits, bookmark, a candle or a lovely pair of cashmere gloves (total extravagance!) ???
Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte would be my first choice of book in a box, Hot Chocolate and a bar of fine chocolate and i would be in heaven
I’d love Pride and Prejudice. It’s one of my favourite novels. The hot chocolate would be a delicious treat too!
